Board of Directors
 The
Board of Directors of the Pays-d'en-Haut CLD (Local Development Centre) regroups thirteen members appointed by the Pays-d'en-Haut MRC. Four of these representatives are from the municipal sector and nine are from the business sector, agencies, public or para-public organisations, federations or confederations, all with Head Office or place of business on the territory of the Pays-d'en-Haut MRC.
Added to this number are the following members, without voting rights: the General Manager of the Local Employment Centre (CLE), or his representative, serving the Pays-d'en-Haut MRC, the representative from the Ministère du Développement économique et regional et de la Recherche , the General Manager of the Pays-d'en-Haut CLD along with the members of the National Assembly for the districts of Argenteuil and Bertrand and/or their representatives.
