The aim of the Pays-d'en-Haut CLD (Local Development Centre) is to create a convivial milieu for promoters and entrepreneurs who are attracted to the Pays-d'en-Haut MRC by its extraordinary potential. Our team, comprised of dedicated professionals, is well aware of the MRC's environment and is capable of answering your questions and guide you in the realization of your project. They will supply you with all the necessary information in order for you to bring your project to fruition. We are able to guide you and eliminate a great number of obstacles that could stand in your way during the development and the expansion of your firm in our region.

Our Mission:

The Pays-d'en-Haut CLD carries out its activities since 1994 by virtue of an agreement, under Article 89, concluded with the department of Développement économique et régional et de la Recherche .

These activities are:
	Offer first-line services to firms with regards to their business orientation and/or their coordination, and ensure their financing.
	Outline a local Action Plan for the Economic and Employment Sectors.
	While respecting orientations, define national and regional strategies and objectives and a strategy with regards to the development of entrepreneurship, including economic entrepreneurship.
	Act as an Advisory Committee towards the Local Employment Centre operating on its territory.
